When Cutting the Grass Has Its Own Rewards……

My name is Borys L. and lived on Valleyview Gardens for years. I used to cut grass for Clara Harris and she gave me one of her drawings. I’ve attached a copy.

I don’t have any other details about the painting. The frame looks to be the original. Unfortunately I don’t know if Clara recorded the location on the back. If anyone recognizes the scene please let me know and I will add it to the archive.

Many viewers familiar with Clara’s work believe her autumn paintings are her best. And as Clara would not give or sell a painting to someone she didn’t like I believe Borys is a lucky man. And just as lucky he’s probably not cutting lawns anymore.
